As relatively new entrants to the Dunedin funeral scene we see ourselves as being friendly, approachable and flexible. Established in 2001, our chapel and reception lounge has been appreciated by many Dunedin families, who have enjoyed our intimate surroundings in a more suburban atmosphere.
Situated on the boundaries of St Clair, Kew, Corstorphine and Concord, we are easily found on Middleton Road. We are about the same distance from the Dunedin Crematorium and the Green Park Cemetery, and will be just down the road from the newly formed Dunedin Cemetery in Emerson Street, Concord.
We provide all of the facilities and services you would expect from a funeral director in the 21st century. We are proud members of the FDANZ (Funeral Directors Association of NZ), with qualified, experienced and highly competent people. Like all funeral directors we offer a full range of services and their related prices. We can keep pre-planning instructions and organise pre-paid funerals.
Our chapel was previously the Corstorphine Union Church, the first Union Parish established in New Zealand in 1947. The buildings were purchased and completely refurbished. Our chapel now seats about 100 people.
We work in closely and in conjunction with Hope and Sons which gives us access to Bereavement Support, vintage and classic hearses and excellent back-up after hours with skilled and experienced funeral directors and embalmers.
We look forward to meeting with you and helping with the planning either before or after a death, and making the days ahead just a little easier.
