Forrest Funeral Services provide caring professional service to the communities north of Auckland through our two locations – in Browns Bay, covering the East Coast Bays, and in Orewa, covering the Hibiscus Coast.
As each location, we provide a modern comfortable chapel for the funeral service and a reception area and catering facilities for the family get-together afterwards. Other facilities include private viewing room, family lounge, and casket selection area. In Orewa, a new chapel and catering lounge were created in 2006 to better serve our local community.
We have a modern fleet of hearses and cars for funerals.
We are dedicated to further professional development and ensure that our staff are fully trained in all aspects of funeral care.
Our staff members are available to give educational talks or to show you or your community group around should you wish to visit.
We are also happy to provide information or talk to you personally about pre-arranging or pre-paying for a funeral, so your wishes are known in advance. We also provide, free of charge, a booklet to help cope after a bereavement and a colourful poster for young people to help them understand what has happened.

From our central location at 8 Glen Road, Browns Bay, Forrest’s two funeral directors are people you can depend on to take care of all the details, and to make sure that the funeral service flows smoothly according to your wishes.
Forrests have been part of the Browns Bay community for many years and we support a number of local organisations.
