Indeed the expansive new address at 39 Waihi Road (opposite Carters) looks set to usher in a new era for the provision of funeral planning and delivery. A higher acceptance among families of the dignified nature of how their loved ones can be farewelled to suit personal wishes and memorable style.
Todd Gower, who has been a professional operator in the funeral business for more than 16 years, has provided his own services since opening his business in 2004 at 181 Waihi Road.
Those restricted boutique premises of just 92sq-m, has now been replaced with a totally refurbished modern building of 400sq-m.
Meeting expectations
“It has always been my goal to provide a service to the community which covered all aspects of the vital transitional period between the loss of a loved one, through the grief stages, and to make preparation for the final farewell, as comforting and acceptable as possible for family and friends left behind,” says Todd.
“That means not only raising the bar on how funeral practice is widely perceived , but also to put in place a range of modern facilities and services that fully match…in every detail… the expectations of those who need to call on them.”
The spacious new premises provide a multi-faceted range of suites offering a wide choice of different size lounges… for small and larger gatherings, meeting rooms, viewing rooms, along with a state of the art preparation area.
